We would love to offer you a great rate for the Toledo Rowing Club that would be coming in September 23rd and 24th of 2011. We have Single King rooms, group rate being $59.99, and Double Queen room with a group rate of $69.99.
What we would do is block the group in with the special rates, just not block any rooms. Since the event doesn't end till 5pm I would like to offer these rates for not only the 23rd but for the 24th as well. There would be no contract, people would just have to call and make sure they mention the Rowing Club to get the discount.
I wish you a most wonderful event and hope to hear back from you soon.
