As you all know there is a bit of construction going on in International Park. TRF has been working over the past two plus years side by side with the parks to ensure our long team involvement in the area. This week the Metroparks were able to have the land transferred from the City of Toledo to them.
In the same process TRF has been working on an updated Lease between TRF and the Metroparks. That lease has also been signed and in place. We have a 10 year lease with the option for a second 10. Both sides worked many hours to ensure that it was good for both parties.
We are excited about the future and having a partner that wants to see rowing in Toledo.
